Are all powered USP hubs basically the same? I do have a Belkin AC powered hub .
With the MJ connected to it I have the same problem - there is a dial tone on the phone but none of the keys, when pressed, register on the softphone.
The fact that the Panny phone does ring and will receive incoming ...

Spoke to MJ tech support.
Well, I've tried dialing both ways and get the same result. The "softphone" doesn't register when the buttons on the phone are pressed; I just get a dial tone.
I just got through chatting with MJ level-2 support for 30 mins and they told me to check back in 2-3 days so that one of their software ...
