having the same issue, just started this week on a setup thats been working perfectly for months, im running a dedicated xp box, running absolutely no other software but mj, and havent changed anything. im guessing we've had another lovely update from mj thats broken something.

I found that if you just let it go ahead and do the "upgrade", and re-install the service (just go back through the service installation instructions) that all was well again. ymmv!
