the most common issue with no incoming calls or sporatic incoming calls is a problem with the routing between the different phone companies and magicjack servers.

you will be best served to get the companies that callers are using to try to reach you to trouble ticket it and they will work with ...

this has normally been a problem with the call routing between the phone company that the caller is using and the MJ phone system. contact both MJ and the other company for the fastest resolution. they need to either reroute something or repair something.

i was advized many years ago to wait until atleast the third version of anything microsoft puts out as they spend very little time with acctual beta. thier releases have been compared to alpha level.

afaik there is not a dept. handling these issues so he would be your best bet. or the tech chat may be able to provide you with more information.

there are arrows on the left hand side of the call log. to the left indicates outgoing and the right ingoing ifi remember correctly. the red x indicates not answered

have heard that one before, it's a good one. there is a comedian that does the same type of thing, he has his friends sign up for all kinds of contests and promotions using his phone number and messes with the marketers. his name is escaping me at the moment.

there is a difference between negative comments about a product and the pointless bashing that had been going on the last week or so that the forum was up. i certainly wouldn't want those types of comments in a chat where i was trying to get a problem solved.
