An even easier way to run MJ as a service

I have created a batch file to put everything in place to run MJ as a service. It worked perfectly for me. The batch file is written in it's most basic form of scripting.

It also incorporates Stroths MagicJack Update Script 1.3 and will automatically schedule and update check at 03:00 everyday ...

MJ as a Service batch file

It's Working!!!!

After reading az2008's post and a few others, I was able to get my MJ working. I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router (no version #), I upgraded the firmware to version 4.21.1 and lo and behold the problem went away.

Thanks az2008 for pointing me in the right direction .

Phone continues to ring

Has anyone had this problem? The phone plugged into my MJ continues to ring on incoming calls, even after the caller has disconnected or left VM. I have to be at the computer to either click on "Accept" or "Ignore" for the phone to stop ringing. It's as if the MJ does not know that the call has ...
