Hi Team,

I have 2 laptops, 1 SONY VAIO CR23 and 1 HP. Using the same internet connection I successfully use HP laptop with MJ. However, whenever I logon to VISTA laptop and try and connect MJ, it just hangs.

I talked with support team and they told me that my internet connection wasn't fast ...

I went wired direct to my cable modem to establish my internet connection (PPPoE), and then installed the mJ on my laptop's USB port...

Is your cable modem one of those combo modem/router/wifi things? It wasn't clear from the description of what you did whether you were actually bypassing the ...
