I am a 2nd day user, and everything was fine yesterday after I turned off my firewall. Today, the firewall is off and I can not make outgoing calls. It goes sraight back to a dial tone. I can receive calls.

Any tips? I am on VISTA and all fixes are applied. I have tried another phone and another ...

I can not connect to live help. Does this come as a pop up window that my system may be blocking? Is there some setting deep within explorer that I have to changer?
