Correct.
Well, I took MagicJack to a Vista computer and tried there. It worked once then I got a new message 'Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try later'.
That was with the handset.
I removed teh handset, hooked up a headset and tried the soft-phone approach. Worked once but ...

Thanks. But even if that works then it would not be a solution: I can't have a headphone on all the time. Problem is the incoming calls.az2008 wrote: I would disconnect the handset, and try using the softphone with a headset. See if there's a difference.
