Thanks for the phone number, Pilot. I didn't even know they had a phone number where you can call and talk directly to someone - although I assume since they're so cheap, the CS people are located in India. One reason why I really don't want to have to talk to them is because I used a fake name when ...

LAjack,

Yes, that would be a good idea on your part to check your account. I was shocked when I saw there was only six months (although, it's not that surprising, since this company is one of the worst on the planet for screwing people over). I still haven't gotten onto the CS Chat Line from Hell ...

Hi Pilot,

Thanks for your response. I don't know if Walgreens will take it back after it's been used/opened or not. It was $49.95 + Tax, and Radio Shack and CVS was selling the exact same so-called "Original" MJ+ with the same packaging for the same price as of last week. None of these retailers ...

Missing six months of service on Original MJ Plus?

I posted this elsewhere on the forum but haven't had anyone respond. Maybe someone will read it here and let me know what their experience is with this issue.

Has anyone out there run into this issue, before I get worked up enough to brave a chat with MJ's hellish support? I bought a brand new MJ ...

Didn't get one year of "free service" on new MJ+

Has anyone out there run into this issue, before I get worked up enough to brave a chat with MJ's hellish support? I bought a brand new MJ+ from Walgreens to replace my old USB/Thin Client combo. This is an "original" MJ+, not the newer version, and I paid about $55 including tax for it. So, on the ...

I just thought I'd add in here that I found the 1GB Transcend flash DOM for a cheaper price than transcend.com - after doing a lot of looking around!

I just ordered one from Memory.com at this link:

http://www.memory.com/ts1gdom44h-s.html

It was $15.70 with free shipping and no tax. The ...

MJ updates on t5710 cause "broken storage"

Hello,

I have a t5710 that works fine when it works, but everytime MJ does an update, I get the "error - broken storage" message. I have to format the E: PHONE drive on the MJ, unplug the MJ dongle, then delete the MJUSBSP folder on the TC's C: drive and the MAGICJACK folder on the Z: Ramdrive and ...

I bought mine at RS too, for the simple reason that if anything happens to it, I could return it there. I don't know how long the warranty is on the Jack itself (maybe none?) but if it fails, back it goes.

So far so good, using since Feb without major issues. Running as a service on a 24/7 old Dell ...

Bishop-360, this is great.

Would it be possible for you to make a script like this that will work on Vista Home Prem? I've been trying for days to get it to work on my Vista system as a service, but I keep running into problems. The service won't start, or will start and stop with errors. If ...

I installed Magicblock 1.2 and it still has a problem with MJ stealing focus. Any ideas from anyone? I uninstalled and reinstalled it, no joy. Thanks for any help.
