Here is my exact target:

I also tried:

C:\Users\Steven\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp\magicJack.exe \foreground /scf _magicJackPersonalDataRoot "m:\magicJack"

and:

"C:\Users\Steven ...

When I try the above strategy I get this message:

Address"\foreground" supplied in the command line is invalid.
Do you want to open SJphone address string syntax reference?

If I answer yes, I get this message:
Cannot open file:
C:\User\username\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp\SJphone.chm ...
