Mine has been doing the same thing since the last "lucky you" update. The call is cut off after 5 min. sometimes the person that we called can still hear us and sometimes not. I have talked to support a couple of times but am still having the same problem. Frustrating

I have this problem as well. Dropped calls at 5-10 min. Not every time, the calls that do stay connected I get a beep at those time intervals.

The handset was selected there.
Everything appeared OK but I could not hear the person at the other end. I went thru all the troubleshooting BS with MJ's support and nothing worked till I found this.

My problem was a little different. I had the problem on my Vista computer but it worked ok on my XP Laptop.

Check it out anyway, you never know.

OK I have found a fix for this.

My problem was I could dial out but I could not hear anything after that (I could hear the dial tone)

The person I was calling could hear me but I could not hear them.

Go to Control panel/Hardware and Sound/Manage Audio Devices/Handset/Properties/Levels
