The problem does seem to be with format. You might try this, if you haven't already:
1. Launch Disk Utility
2. Click on "MagicJack Media" drive (not the "PHONE" volume)
3. Click on the Partition tab
4. Click on the drop-down menu that says "Current" and choose "1 Partition"
5. Type PHONE ...

List of numbers called?
MJ keeps a list of calls, but it's only a short one (since last restart).
Is there someplace (maybe through my MJ account on-line?) that I can check for numbers called not-so-recently?

Where are contacts kept?
Where is the list of contacts kept? I looked in PHONE>MagicJack folder but of the 3 files there, contacts isn't one of them.
I'd like to back up the contacts list in case I have to update or reformat the PHONE drive (it's a troubleshooting technique MJ support showed me).
