Right click on "My computer" -> "Manage"
Click on Device Manager
Click on Disk Drives - if you see the magicjack drive in there - right click, uninstall
Click on DVD/CD rom drives - again, right click, uninstall
find the mjusbsb folder and delete it

changed the drive letters, formatted the mj several times, ran upgrade.exe, etc. nothing. I removed the mjusb folder but was not able to delete the registry keys for it... so far, nothing

OK - so after an hour of trying, and talking to three "tech support" guys via livehelp (including one "higher level", Harold, who was as useless as the first two), I am still no further ahead.

Running Vista - I get to the mj splashscreen that says "Tell your friends magicJack.com" - after a few ...
