The MJ was purchased right before x-mas. The PC is a Thin Client 5710 512/512.
I just tested with Faxtoy and looks like the sent faxes are blank too.

Problems here. Sending faxes seem to go through without a problem. But receiving faxes fail. I have lowered the speed to 9600 and same. This is on a fax machine not pc.

Works great in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Been using it for 6 mo. now.

Just started about 12 hours ago. Can call out great but incoming goes right to voicemail. Restart PC and MJ, refreshed my IP stack but same issue. Checked to make sure Follow-me is not turned on. Contacted support and they tell me they refreshed my account and to restart after 10 minutes.
