Ah, well, after i changed out phones, to a regular non-portable, i decided to plug back in the portable i was using so i could make a call and still have portability. Well im not sure what you mean by offending, but i wasnt able to dial 92() numbers for some reason, but now im able to, problem solved. Its a number that is very common where i live in TX including where i work, so getting it to work definitely meant something to me.
