The solution for me is to select option that says "Air Card3D" on the left hand side of the magicJack app. This option seem to used different codec and my thin client is able to process it.

Same issue reappeared last week. Again Mj to MJ calls take 90% of my thin client CPU and no sound for both parties.
Is only solution to ask Dan?!

My CPU is 800 MHz. What baffles me is the difference in CPU usage between calls. Magicjack.exe takes up ~75% of CPU on MJ->MJ call vs. ~13% on MJ->LL/Cell calls. Why would the consumption be so much different?

MJ support was no help as usual.

I think I found what the problem may be. When I watch CPU usage, it goes to 100% on Mj-MJ calls, but stays at around 50% for normal calls. I gave MJ process real-time priority and I started to hear, but sound is very choppy.

After running MJ for over a year on Maxterm thin client (512 RAM and 4g HD) there's no sound when calling or receiving a call from another MJ phone #. There's no sound on the other end as well. Call connects, I hear something for about 2sec , then sound is gone, but call is still connected.

After running MJ for over a year on Maxterm thin client (512 RAM and 4g HDD) I now unable to hear anything when calling or receiving a call from another MJ phone #. All other calls work fine. Same MJ on a normal PC works just fine.
This started sometime last week, maybe related to a latest MJ client ...

I'm curious whether sipsorcery.com can be relied on for daily use.
How stable is this environment? Is it available 24/7, goes down for periodic maintenance, etc?

I see CID on my phones, but only the incoming number, not the name. Will resistor fix help here?
