i have just noticed that the 911 service is back on the GUI today,not that i have ever needed to use it to date.
is anyone else's back up?or did they change their minds about shelving the service?

seems like the load-up is a little quicker and the audio is clearer too,not like it sounded before the last couple updates,sounded like a cheap transistor radio

already have the update,seems to work today including the contacts & and ph#'s,

tried to use phone about an hour ago,started the machine , good ole MJ loaded without my contacts or called #'s,it says retrying in 5 min"waited...still no info or #'s..but i can make or receive calls...just wondering if this is another sever issue ? also did a restart with no results...

my guess is that the cause had something to do with with a recent MJ update and a few compatibility issues with certain types of burning software,
the fix is standard procedure for systems that loose drives,icons and or drive function as a result of ...

I lost my saved #'s too,they wiped them out without any kind of prompt or warning,or else i would've copied them down...I am steamed!

Live calls being made or received that are toggling back and forth from "Hold",then abruptly being cutting off ? then random touch-tone keypad tones are being generated without even touching the keypad,I'm thinking it's on their end again possibly?

Use Avast with the MJ,Very compatible with no conflict, Just go to avast program settings(right click on tray icon,the blue a button),Scroll down to "troubleshooting,and check top two boxes,
"check for full screen","Delay Loading of Avast".
should work fine together.

I am out SE Ky,and been having the same problems here too,seems like they have resolved the issue here for now because it appears to be functioning normally again,I wish that they would inform users on their web site when the systems are undergoing maintenance or upgrading,that would have saved me ...
