That was one of the first things I tried- it made no difference. I tried it again just now too. Apparently, the MJ has to be plugged in to register, and when I do that, it locks up. Just installed version above on an 'xp home' machine with no problems.

Then using Stewart's directions, copied the mjusbsp file to a win 2k pro machine. Found the stipulated corresponding byte addresses to have different original values as other post above, changed anyway to recommended values ...
