MJ with VPN and Firewall
I have not been able to activate my MJ. Have been sent two different jacks and have spent hours with tech support. Have downloaded upgrades enabled ports in my computer, etc. I wonder if my firewall has to be addressed with opening ports? Any suggestions? The VPN is a Netgear Prosafe VPN Firewall ...
