I am having the same problem, started about 2 weeks ago, about 50% of the time the phone rings but the line is dead. I have been on with MJ 2nd line support for 4 days. They finally gave up and submitted a report to their " Engineers" I am supposed to get an email from them in 24 to 48 ...
