caller id does not show name - even when I add to contacts - only shows number on both lines. support, as most people know, is absolutely worthless. Irun Vista and have a Panasonic 5Ghz cordless phone

Thanks for the reply - I use VISTA. my caller id does not work - always worked on land line and same handset. customer chat is worthless - They had me open some ports and rerun upgrade did both - no difference. also sometimes when you call someone it just goes back to dial tone - have to try 3 or 4 ...

I noticed you said you got an AC powered USB - I'm plugged directly into the desktop - shouldn't this be the same thing? I can't get names on my caller id and chat support is worthless.
