I'd like to make one observation about MagicJack.

First, without this forum, I would have returned MJ long ago. There are several tips/tweaks/hacks to improve the quality.

I never had to perform any of these tweaks/hacks with Vonage. Vonage worked great for 6 years, only a few minor issues.
