Before we to too much troubleshooting.
Have you checked your MJ login page to make sure that
incoming and outgoing calls are checked as on?
And that the ringers are turned on on the phone?

correctly might be in order here. Try a flash drive or two, make sure they
run correctly.
Then follow the MS suggestions to deleting hidden device drivers.

Clay,
Win 7 has some serious issues with certain driver loads.
Unless they are specifically written to comply with MS's take on
DCMA they just won't load and run.
You may have to load a copy of Win XP under your 7 license.
Downgrading is permissible or try to run it under an Admin
account and XP ...

Except the "jammers" are ILLEGAL in the USA.
It is even ILLEGAL to import them!
The FCC just fined two companies using them
$140,000 and $124,000.
Not too sure I could cover that cost of ownership.

Log back in to your MJ account online. Make sure you have incoming and outgoing checked. Then search here for router setup information. The green light is showing ethernet connectivity, the yellow light is an indication of data being passed.

There is no way currently to do that. Hasn't been in the past either. At one time the contact list was exclusively in a file on your MJ. But now the "clone' is kept at their site. You may be able to edit the file by looking in your folders and opening with Filealyzer. BUT it only holds 100 entries!

After a while windows kind of loses track of everything.
Go into your system device manager, delete everything
that has to do with the devices then restart and have it
rebuild all the devices.

Depending on which version of windows you run.
Open your volume task icon ( looks like a speaker) and adjust
the various sliders to a volume setting to your liking. Usually
you will need to adjust master volume and the wav slider.

You can easily have GV call both your cell and the new magicjack at the same time.
Look on your GV settings and just add the MJ as the home number. When called both phones will ring, answer from the MJ. If you wish, just delete the cell from GV.

Having had sound issues often at the beginning two years ago, I updated the drivers from the TigerJet site.
This has almost eliminated all issues, other than the stuttering that always happens following a virus scan. Restart MJ and all's well for a couple of days. Rinse and Repeat
