Try these settings on the spoofer:
Magicjack Proxy: 71.5.91.70
Local Magicjack IP: 127.0.0.1
71.5.91.70 is MJ proxy in Chicago. You can also do a nslookup to find the ip of a different mj proxy server of your choice. The server names are listed a few posts back in this thread.

I still can't figure out why I can't get the spoofer to work. I edited my "Host" file erasing everying but the "Nashville" proxy. In the spoofer I typed my MJ number and the number I want showing up on caller id. Under configuration I have 127.0.0.1 as my MJ Proxy, under Magic Jack Ip I have my IP ...
