If I understand you correctly - you are talking about using the MJ device connected to a second XP computer to then connect a phone to that.

I believe all Windows Mobile 5 or higher devices have a SIP client built-in.

If the SIP part has been deliberatly removed - there are tools on the 'net to upgraded your device & re-add the software.
