Two days in a row I contacted MJ support due to a broken storage error. On a mac we don't get that error. I had to plug it into a PC to get that error.
Each day after reformatting and running the upgrade the phone worked. Even though I left the phone plugged the next day the phone would not work ...

I have a MAC and had a little trouble getting started.
