Sorry about that.. But on the new registration, I think there is a new option, the 1 year replacement insurance for $1, so if like your dog bit your magicJack, they will like replace it as long as you return the old one and you subscribed for the insurance. However, the $1 is non refundable though..

If you think that your computer and router meets the things that you need to have the magicJack working properly, it could be that your ISP is not giving you what you pay for..

On your start up folder, try to find cdloader2.exe or something like that and uncheck it and apply it.. After that, unplug your magicJack then do a restart and then plug it back in.. And see if that changes anything..

For everyone, here's the uninstaller for XP and MAC, and unfortunately, uninstaller for Vista is not yet available.. I found it on their FAQ..

Run the tool named CompleteUninstall.sh to uninstall magicJack from your computer.

XP:
Click Start, select Run ...

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do with it.. If you are to use VPN, the magicJack will not work.. Because it's like VPN is blocking the magicJack's connection..

Try to turn of your anti-virus' and Internet Security suite's firewall. Then run the upgrade from their site manually.. It could be that the upgrade is not going through because it is being blocked by those firewalls that I mentioned.. Just an advice.. There's nothing to loose..

Unfortunately, there is no other way to pull it out.. The oldest number or list on the call log will be automatically deleted once the maximum capacity reaches.. I think it is up to 100..

First, make sure that all hidden files and folders are shown.. After that, open the removable storage drive that the magicJack creates when you plug it in.. And after that, open the folder named magicJack and paste back the addressbook.xml file in there, and after that restart your magicJack.. Hope ...

I think because some users forgot to turn off the DND and complaints about them not getting any calls.. It's because they forgot that the DND is enabled..

Also try to test a different handset..

Try to delete the mjusbsp folder located at C:/application/mjusbsp data if you are using XP and if Vista C:/AppData/Roaming/mjusbsp.. After 15 seconds plug it into a different USB port then restart Jack.. Then make some calls..

Does it have any firewall on it? If yes, try to disable it temporarily and make a call..

Yes, just contact their live chat and have them refresh your Entice on their side.. And that will fix the issue..

Make sure you tick the circle box under voicemail next to the new email address your added.. And I think for it to take effect, you must have to contact MJ and have them refresh your voicemail..

Are you using a router? Try to add the ports that the magicJack uses on your router.. And also try to check if your license is not expired.. xD

Make sure to allow all cookies under Privacy tab under Internet options.. And under Privacy tab, click the advanced button and in there, make sure that Override Cookie handling is not checked..

Yes it is possible. But I think the guys over their chat line can only do it.. So try to chat them again..

You can also try this:

Go to Device manager
Then click on the + sign next to Sounds and game controllers
Then locate the entry TigerJet or Ymax
Right click on it and click on uninstall
After that unplug your magicJack for 15 seconds and plug it into a different USB port and run upgrade..

And also, try to run the upgrade file fonud on their site and make sure all your firewall is disabled before running it..
