After my 12th contact with so called customer service I emailed Dan.

Got a response in less than 30 minutes even though I expected one in 2 or 3 days.

No HD or Lowes or Wallyworld numbers in the exchange in question.

Main switch board is 615-741-1100. Another number is 615-741-6824

615-741-xxxx is the exchange for the State of Tennessee.


That Im aware of I havent been able to call any number in that
exchange since at least Nov 20th. Prior to that Ive had no issues.

I am unaware of any other issues with any other exchange either
calling or receiving calls.

Im currently going thru this with mj staff.
