magicJack and magicJack Plus Support, Reviews, FAQs and Tricks

just had my license extended the other day and got to use it a bit. the following day it started this weird process:

1. once plugged in, mj starts up
2. keypad shows up but my number doesn't appear and stays at 000-000-0000
3. then it shuts down by itself
4. it shows the upgrading splash screen ...

experiencing the exact same problem mate. talked to tech support and even changed numbers. no luck. must be on their end.
