I am using the full retail version for UPDATE, that is why I keep the ME CD around so when It asks for it I can put it in. BUT, it doesnt ask, it just starts transferring files.

I just discovered that if you are using a hand held walk around phone, any computers can interfere with the audio as well!!!! Apparently the computers radiate on 2.4Ghz and block the signal!!

I was free of the choppy audio for 6 months then it came back. I dont think it is the TC but I dont know.

I did find that when I changed MJ phone numbers, the old number still works...well almost. Its been 6 months since I changed numbers and the old one will still connect but with VERY choppy ...

Instead of switching monitors, try TightNVC to access the telephone server from the Mac on the Macs monitor. I think TightVNC will run on a Mac as it runs on Linux. Go to TightVNC.com to check it out.

The update about 6 or 8 months ago that trashed about half the MJ modules/\ on TC computers in the world, I assume thats what he is talking about. Mine was down for 6 months before I got the TC re written.

I have a T5710 with 512/512 @ 1.2ghz. I used a PNY 1gb memory stick. Next time I will use a larger stick as there is very little room left on a 1gb stick to save any programs. I finally got around to testing the DOK I made. It works perfectly. I set the TC to first try booting from the USB and then try booting from the ATA. This doesnt have to be changed at any time because if my XP DOK or my "Re Flash" DOK is not there it just goes to the ATA flash disk and boots.

I finally got the MJ working again on the TC with TightVNC and DirextX. Works fine....BUT...it gives the message that the Call list and Contacts list cannot be downloaded and that it will try again in 4 minutes. Since the TC can be made to boot from the USB with a DOK plugged in, is there any reason that a full up version of XP could not be installed on a 16 gb DOK and then have the TC always boot from the DOK?

This morning it was still "Downloading" so I unpluged it and pluged it back in again and it worked perfectly! Didnt reboot or anything, just unplugged and plugged back in. I probably could have done that last night!!!

I am using a full version of XP on a 10 gig HD. I would love to know how to increase the memory. Of course if they dont make the hardware (the memory chip board) then having the full XP wont make any difference...

I have exactly the SAME problem and have been unable to resolve it. I can communicate with MJ online help ON THIS TC, but the MJ cannot find the internet connection on the same TC and yet this same MJ works fine on two other computers. It MUST be something to do with the TC 5700

But I am not interested in the output spec of the power supply. I am interested in the input spec of the computer. These are two entirely different things. Voltage and current are not enough. I need to know the allowable range of input voltage.
