Does anyone know how to get my MJ back up and running? I paid for the five year plan on two MJ's however both stopped working at exactly one year. I've tried to get the live chat however it say's it's down for "maintenance". It's been like that for the last tree days :(

I finally got my MJ working again :D

I found this forum two days ago, read all I could, learned a lot, and now I'm a happy camper after only 30 mins on dead chat w/ tech support. I'm currently knocking on wood and hoping it lasts, my MJ working that is.
