This is happening with me.. Using Vista. Worked perfect on XP with SP3.
I tried this on 3 different computers. 2 with Vista and 1 with XP. Only the XP computer recognized the Magicjack and automatically the software installed.
I even went and reformatted one of the Vista computers from scratch.. and ...
