Also, I was setting the P-Asserted-Identity sip header in my dialplan, which I had to disable.

Great!!! "sendrpid=no" included in my Magic Jack ...

Running MagicJack without MJproxy

I have read on this forum where some individuals have been able to run their MJ on an ATA without running MJproxy on a router or computer, while others cannot do so without the proxy running somewhere on their LAN.

The question is: Are their specific MJ device I can purchase that will allow me to ...

Re: Spoofing w/ PAP2T

Any ideas on how to spoof my MJ phone number tweaking or using commands in Linksys PAP2T interface?
Thanks

I can confirm that Spoofing works with T-Mobile@home service. Whatever information I enter in the "Display Name" field of my SPA-3102 shows up on the caller ID of any T-Mobile@home service ...

Try changing your register string so that the at the end you have only your 10 digit MJ number.

EXXXXXXXXXX01:[email protected]:5070/EXXXXXXXXXX01

change to:

EXXXXXXXXXX01:[email protected]:5070/XXXXXXXXXX

Then under incoming settings enter the same 10 digit MJ number as the USER ...

Definitely not a MJ related issue. Does this only happen with calls from your cell??
What version pbxiaf?

I agree that it is not a MJ issue, but related to the whole Asterisk/mjproxy setup.

I'm using version:

FreePBX 2.6.0.0
PIAF Asterisk Version : 1.4.21.2
CenOS: 5.3 (Final)

Yes, the same ...

I'm a little confuse about this whole thing. I have PBX In A Flash (PIAF) running on a HP T5720 Thin Client and PIAF is running off of a 8G Flash Drive. I have magicJack setup on PIAF and the Mjproxy running on a DD-WRT Router.

Questions:

A) I can received calls through PIAF and can make outgoing ...

The simplest version that can handle two lines is US$78.00. For that price you can purchase a brand new SPA-3102 and have a dedicated device that does all of this, and more, and doesn't require a PC to make it work.

The only way this makes sense to me is if NCH turns this software into a free ...
