well the Hawking HBB1 is working wonders here ..... no more choppy calls EVER !!!!!! Cheap and effective fix and makes surfing the net a bit faster too I find ...... thanks for the info folks it helped me out immensely !

it was happening to me on my vista desktop but when I moved the magicjack to my XP station the problem disappeared . My Guess it is a vista glitch

Just wondering if you have Pulse instead of Tone dialing selected that may be an issue
