I have both MagicJack and TK6000 NetTalk terminated on a Trixbox. I have to admit that NetTalk was much easier to install. No credential seaching and MD5 complications that MagicJack offers. TK6000 just worked perfectly from the start. I was able to also send Fax. I needed two outbound trunks and ...

If you have a Trixbox you can use the app call IAX on the Itouch (do a search on the Apple store and it is free). It works great! The Trixbox is very flexible. You can use the IAX app with the Itouch at any wifi hotspot and register back to the Trixbox to make calls via MagicJack or to your local ...

Can MJMD5 work on a Trixbox?
I have a Trixbox (which is Asterick with a GUI) and was wondering if anyone got MJMD5 (MJ proxy) working on it. Do you have a compiled version you can share? I have it working perfectly on a DDWRT router and would like to put it on the Trixbox to simplify things.
Thanks
Joe

"What on earth? Why would you want all SIP traffic going through some app on a pc such as REGISTER and NOTIFY requests. You turn off the pc or exit the app and your telephone no longer works for outgoing calls and once the REGISTER expires you lose all incoming calls. Also if someone has 911 setup ...

GVout needed for DD-WRT
Any programmers out there willing to take a look making GVout work with DD-WRT. Anybody else think this is a good idea?
Thanks

Gizmo5 + GV + ATA calling out issue
I have a strange issue. Sometimes I make an outgoing call and it works perfectly and other times when I make an outgoing call I start receiving an inbound call from my GV number while I am waiting for my outbound call to connect. I then hit the flash key on the phone and the outbound call then ...

MJMD5 stops working
I am running MJMD5 on a Dell Laptop with XP which also has the MJ dongle. I have a Sipura SPA-3000 ATA. When I launch MJMD5 it runs perfectly both for in and out calls on the ATA, however after about 2 hours the ATA fails to register. The way I fix it is by stopping and starting MJMD5 but it only ...
