I need to uninstall all MJ from day one and start over!!!!

MJ was running fine for a month!!!
For some reason today it will not come up yet I still have a dial tone however no call function!
I have gone through all of the tech tips at MJ no dice!
Is there a way to uninstall and start over?
Or can I get a live person to help????

I have tried to call my friend on his MJ on my cell.
I always get extension not available .
can call MJ to MJ fine!
Any input?
