yeah you were right about that country thing but what happen when i came back to office this morning........i found out that two magicjack were opened with ready to call option in my two computers but third computer has the same problem of error 9 and i have to run hotspotshield...........what does ...

i use magic jack but it doesn't connect with internet then i download hotspotshield from www.hotspotshield.com then it connect and shows "ready to call" otherwise screen just shows "no network connection error 9",

in my country i get 256 kbps internet latenight and i am using two magic jack using ...
