I have a HP 5700 thin client. I bought the expansion kit and video card on ebay. If memory serves, I paid $25 for the expansion and $20 for the VGA including shipping. I'm a patient shopper so I wait until I find a deal. The VGA should come with a dongle to hook up two standard monitors. The drivers ...

I couldn't get FLP to install on the MicroDrive. I't can see the drive for some reason. I chose another thin install named "XP Gamer" It weighs in at 366mb with the page file disabled. I'm pretty happy with it as it has most important features and only 17 running services even with Sygate firewall ...

IDE adapter. I works like a charm with a version of windows named "Stripped to the Bone". I could just leave well enough alone but what can I say, I like to tinker. I'm going to spring for one of those micro drives even though I'll be loosing 50% of the storage capacity of the CF card that I'm using ...

Excellent, the problem I have is that it doesn't recognize my 8gb Sandisk as a hard drive. I have a thin install of XP running on it now and didn't have any problem during the install. OT: Can Someone Recommend a Good (cheap) UPS?
Hurricane season is rapidly approaching.
Just enough to run the thin client, cordless phone and monitor for a few hours in case of emergency. Good/cheap?

Re: TC is the Answer!
Bought an HP t5710 512/512 from a seller on ebay that was preconfigured for magicJack. Got it today, plugged it in to the wall and the gateway, stuck the magicJack on the back and instant service. Did not have to hassle with anything to get it running. The seller includes TeamViewer on the system ...

What Am I Missing?
I just got a thin client set up with stroths image but the Magic Jack won't connect. I can log in, but that's as far as I get. It keeps saying "connect to the internet". The splash screen after I enter my account password recognises me. I ran the Magic Fix with no success.
