Thanks for the reply. I get as far as choosing earpiece and microphone, but none of the choices in the drop down menu are for my bluetooth headset. Is there a way to add it?

I read on another website that Magic Jack works with Bluetooth Headsets but I can't picture how to do it. I am using a HP tower with Vista Home.

...every so often. Usually it happens if I restart the computer (Vista Home) or if I come out of Sleep Mode. I just unplug the Magic Jack and plug it back in and all is well. Maybe I'm just lucky.
