I fixed my problem!
I fixed it by signing up with Teleblend and unplugging the Magic Jack. The first year I had Magic Jack, it worked great, but it is worth paying Teleblend $99 a year to have a phone service that works consistently. And I don't have to have my computer on for it to work! By the way...
I am not using a Router. I have the MJ plugged into my computer directly. It is running Windows XP. Does anyone think it might help to buy a powered USB hub?

Same Problem
I have the same problem. The first year I had MJ, it was great! Now, It takes several tries before I can hear the person I am calling and he can hear me. I'm about fed up and ready to get a different phone service.
