Dial tone but no audio once connected
I get a dial tone (which I suspect comes directly from the MJ device itself). But when I make outgoing calls, or receive calls, neither party can hear each other. I switched to headset and get the same results. I've restarted MJ, rebooted the PC, fiddled with the volume settings within MJ, etc. No ...

I've had MJ since mid-February and the VM light on my phones has never lit up and the dial tone has never pulsed to indicate a voice message is waiting. I can't say whether there is any indication on the soft phone or not, as I rarely look at it. The last post in this thread indicates these features ...

Same here. I use the softphone and that works fine.
So I can just push the buttons on the application and then once the conference call is going, I can then wander the house. That works. I'd obviously prefer that it work from the phone, but I try not to complain too much when I'm paying so little ...

Is anyone else unable to interact with automated systems? Anything that requires me to enter information from the keypad (accept the touch tones as input) simply doesn't recognize them correctly. I'm not sure what's happening, but I think it sometimes hears the tones twice. Often while entering the ...
