Agreed. That was a 'this is resolved' post, not 'mj sucks'.

4 days after I got told 24-48 hours, I still had the problem. I had some time, so I contacted tech support again. Apparently, the "fix" in their script is to restart mj, except it didn't work. I got a new phone number and tested it on the spot, and the problem is gone.

It's a totally different number.

Tech chat said they found the problem, but didn't tell me what it was. Said I'd get an update email in 24-48 hours.

I got my magicjack today. The outbound call works, shows up on the caller id, sounds great. When I try to call the number back, to test incoming calls, it rings another number. They called me back from the number I supposedly called, and it wasn't the number I called. It wasn't even the same area ...
