When incoming call comes to my MJ remote user can hear "Hello" from me( MJ phone), but after that no audio for 5-10 secs and than audio is restored...

But because of total loss of audio for 5-10 mins the caller hangs up the phone when somebody calls me...

I made following changes to get it to register ( I saw the SIP registration done by MJ software using Wireshark and tried to copy it )

Used OB Proxy to proxy01.boston.talk4free.com:5070
Domain as talk4free.com
User Agent as : MagicJack/1.80.484a (SJ Labs)

KEY one is set Register expires ...

Has anybody tried changing SIP User Agent header in ATA to match that of Magic Jack...

I tried that... with no success.. Any other way they can figure out where the call is coming from... It has to be some header in the SIP register message...


I did use the updated outbound proxy ...

With new password, I tried changing user Agent string on PAP2 to

User-Agent: MagicJack/1.80.484a (SJ Labs)

Also tried using outboundproxy as proxy01.boston.talk4free.com and the proxy as talk4free.com.

Still no go... I used the wireshark capture after latest update of MJ to get these fields ...

Can anybody figure whats going on...? I desperately need to use it with my SIP device.

Could it be any special SIP header or something ?

Same as above .... got new SIP password does not work..
