Is it still considered long distance even though he has a US number?

Has anybody let their mj year lapse? Does the phone number get released or do you still keep it in case you go for another year?

I dont know why but my mj wasn't reconized and I pluged it into the usb WITHOUT the little extension. Just the mj alone. It was then reconized. After that it was reconized with the extenion cable attached.

I had the same problem and it was user error. I forwarded calls for my mj to my other line. when I called from the other line, I got a busy signal. I thought there was something wrong- used support and everything. DUH, My bad. Just make sure you didn't forget that calls are forwarded

Try running the magicfix on the new computer. That might help

The title says it all. Is it normal to dial after the last digit or should the software wait until the send button is pushed. My mj software dials after the last digit is entered. normal?

I tried that and it does pause but the mj software isn't picking up all the characters. I tried commas between all of the numbers and it still missed them

For those that don't know. I have tried using the magicjack and my laptop to fax and it works fine. What I mean is I have the mj connected to my laptop and I connect the mj to the modem of the same laptop. When it dials, I think it dials too fast as the mj software doesn't reconize the number input ...
