Thanks. That seemed to work. At least there were no errors. Is there an easy way to check if it's rerouting other than using pmdump? The file it produced was 86mb and took forever to load into notepad.

Having trouble changing proxy server
For a week or so now, incoming voice quality has been bad (sounds like a highly compressed mp3) so I decided to follow the instructions here
to change the proxy server it normally connects to.
Everything went OK until I tried to execute the route command. I used their suggested one:

I had been using MJ (with Comcast) for about a month with no problems, then suddenly about 3 days ago, the signal from the inbound caller occasionally started disappearing to silence for about 5-15 secs at a time. During that period they can here me, but I can't here them. Today it happened about 5 ...
