I'm experiencing the exact same issue since the 13th. I can use my mJ fine for outgoing calls, but when I try to call my number (area code 480), it goes to the voicemail of someone with a 508 number. I've contacted their Tech Support and they have escalated my issue numerous times with nothing fixed ...
