MJ device is no longer working.. no more blue light. This is the 2nd device out of the 4 i have that have gone bust. The 1st went bust within 2 months & this one lasted only 10 months.

TS keep repeating the same old nonsense.. upgrade software, restart pc, router, etc. I did all that nonsense ...

I am getting "Please connect to the internet and then double click here" message. Internet is working fine, I m here as one can see.

Any clue what's happening?

I tried everything... nothing woks.

It was a sup - Harold. I wanted to talk to someone higher up... they have no channel for customers to bring complaints to the management.

I bought a device in Dec but it stopped working in Feb, no computer recognizes the device. I have been trying to get Tech support to fix but they have been useless. When i asked for a replacement, they say 30 days r over. I paid for 1 yr of service but used it for only 2 months.. this really sucks ...

so pricey... there r so many other rechargeable calling cards for much less.

I use Broadvoice...it's better & cheaper than Vonage in my opinion.

I m not sure abt Iraq.... but I have friends in UAE & Saudi Arabia who use MJ to call home.

Hi,

When anyone calls my MJ number, they get a busy tone (no VM either). On my side, i hear no ring, just 1 click. If i pick up at the sound of the click then the call is good but if i m late then the call gets disconnected.

Did anyone have this issue?
