I have 2 regular MJs so I'm familiar with their "service", like not being able to call some area codes due to Dan's routing schemes.

MJ works better than my voipo service, my DSL is from AT+T so I have a high upstream latency which causes numerous problems for voipo, MJ doesn't seem to be affected ...

Fry's has the Duo on sale for $40. I tried buying the MJ+ when it was on sale but MJ's website kept giving me error messages. I made a screen print of the error and tried to get MJ to give me the sale price but they refused.

If MJ could duplicate or incorporate many of the features of Voipo I'd drop my Voipo service.

My win 7 starter on an Acer netbook has been rebooting almost daily, and when it does MJ hangs 90% of the time with a message that says "the installer cannot deploy the file. Access is denied ...."

I can usually get MJ to run by canceling and restarting it.

I get intermittent fast busy signals, which (in the old days) indicated a trunk busy, not the phone being called.
The odd thing was that at the time my line was sending fast busy signals it was forwarded to my cell phone, which has never generated fasy busies.

I have the same problem, but it seems like some keys will generate tones and others don't. Zero doesn't seen to work, I just use the keypad on my keyboard, or use the mouse to click on the keypad in the program.

Getting ready to start round 3 with tech support on my MJ problem.
I saw some other posts here about this problem, but nothing that I hadn't tried on my own or with script readers at live person.

I got bumped to level 2, but the support girl disappeared after she had me wait 3 minutes before ...

Every key but the 0 key gets decoded. I have to dial on the PC keypad or screen.

I couldn't get the alternate email address to work by using their web interface, had to have online chat make a change for me.
