so the 2 passwords you found only one is right?

i am thinking since the utility pulls the password all in caps

what if MJ changed the password algorith instead of being all in CAPS maybe some caps some lower and some symbols in there

and the utility might not be programmed to pull such password ...

mine worked after getting new password
im using tampa proxy on pap2t

my dad's didn't work his on tampa proxy as well
and my uncle's didn't work and his on miami proxy

all have the same ATA

i signed up for sipgate one and entered my credentials in the ata made phone calls noone could hear me and can;t hear them but when i did the test call from the dashboard it rang my phone and it was a clear call


do you get unlimited incoming calls on sipgate one?

we are all here trying hard to figure out whats going on

and magicjack didnt work on my mac yesterday but it did on pc

and ATAs are down

i did the same changed it to 0 on the softphone but no calls come in no outbound either

i am assuming that we are not getting the right password from the Stroth utility or something or might be some trick someone hopefully will figure out whats going on

here is a thing

when i did pull the credentials on mine
the password was changed

and the USER agent here is how the new and old looked like

old User-Agent = MagicJack/1.80.466c (SJ Labs)

new User-Agent = MagicJack/1.80.484a (SJ Labs)

now on my uncle's his old one is like mine

but his new one ...

i was able to get the credentials but the new passwords are not working

different version on pap2t don't make a difference
since i tried my uncle's credential on my ATA and still no go

the difference between mine and my uncle his phone number is a different area code and he has a different proxy server

i am wondering if thats the case some proxies are not working or ...

i have a magicjack working on pap2t till this morning and i found there was a new password and then i changed the password and it worked fine

my uncle has the same setup his password got changed too but after updating his on the ATA it is not working

but mine is working just fine
