Do you have your cordless dock next to a wireless router/modem? if you do, try moving the dock at least 5 feet away. Sometimes the 2.4 Ghz phones and wireless internet will interfer with each other.

Thanks. Things are clear now. So you would have to connect a monitor, mouse and keyboard onto the TC to enable/disable call forwarding? Is there anyway to access it from my desktop computer so I don't have to connect anything to the TC?

Does the powered USB allow the phone to continue to work even when the computer is in sleep mode, or only make it so you can put it in sleep mode and not have to reboot?

I don't know much about TCs, so I have a few questions?

If I have a 2Wire modem/router for my internet, I can just hook a TC into that, right?

Also, doesn't my main computer have to be on for the TC to run? I guess I don't understand here, because it isn't a stand alone computer, so I'm just ...
