I have been using MJ for months now, it worked very good for a while, I had an HP thin client with it and voice quality real good.
However lately, I can make outgoing calls, but everytime pickup incoming calls, I can hear nothing , and the other end said can hear me nothing either.

Magic Jack seems not work well with GV
I have a Google Voice number, I gave out to all my contacts.
So when they call my GV number, GV will dial my MJ number and if I pickup MJ phone, I should be able to click 1 to active the call.
However, lately I am not able to click 1 to make calls.
Anybody else has the same issue?

got another issues with TK6000
Every morning, it works great. made calls and received incoming calls.
Then all of sudden, in the afternoon, incoming calls cannot be dialed through, and but can make outgoing calls.
Is that weird?

issue with tk6000, cannot input extention number or others
I tried to call a local number, works, then when asked for extention, it did nto work. seems cannot recognize it.
Then I tried to call in my GV number, then asked my pin, put pin in, it could not recognize it either.
ANybody know the fix of it?

Magic jack not automaticlly boot up when plug in.
I plug my MJ on a thin client and not seem boot at all lately. It worked before.
I have to click the mj icon on desktop to bring it up.

I can browse website and do anything else, but the magic jack said : cannot connect to internet.
Chat with MJ live chat, they asked me to do a upgrade, the upgrade cannot run because the error said it is not a win32 application.
Anybody had similiar issues?

I sometimes got crystal clear voice from MJ calling out, but today, the sound is aweful, like constantly has chirp sounds and not continuous clear sound.

I work from home and whenever I log into work vpn, magic jack not work, if I dial a number, it will say : registering.....
If I disconnect from vpn, it will work right away.

(Once logged in you should disable write protection on the DOM. You do this by clicking on the green lock icon that's located on the task bar near the system clock after that you should be able to install your MJ. )
